A heritage in repose

The Regalis Villa was conceived as a private residence — a modern haveli rooted in the architectural lineage of Awadh. Sandstone arches, jali screens, lantern courtyards: each element was hand-drawn before it was hand-built.

Today, the villa welcomes a small number of guests at any given time. Privacy is absolute. Service is intuitive, never rehearsed. The pace is set entirely by the rhythm of one's own breath.
